Students will learn everything there is to know about the Tropical Rainforest with our comprehensive resource that combines science with language arts. First, students will create a big book, in which the plants and animals that live in the rainforest are broken down into "stories" of an apartment. Students then exercise their math skills with the Vines, Snails, and Jaguar Tails board game, and the Parrot Place Values board game. Students will reinforce their critical thinking skills with the rainforest facts, by distinguishing the facts as true or false. Finally, students finish up the unit with rebus rhymes and activities, centered around the rainforest theme.
